Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses

We refuse the email addresses posted on this website to be collected without permission by using an e-mail collection program or other technical device.
Please note that violations of this will be criminalized under the Information and Communication Network Act.

Act on Promotion Of Information And Communications Network Utilization And Information Protection

Article 50-2 (Refusal of unauthorized collection of e-mail address)
① Anyone shall not collect e-mail address using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of the internet homepage.
② Anyone shall not sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
③ No one should use the email addresses for information transmission knowing that it is an e-mail address for which collection, sale and distribution is prohibited in accordance with paragraph 1 and 2.

Article 74 (Penalty)
① any of the following shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 10 million won.
1. A person who displays for the purpose of displaying, selling, or selling in violation of Article 8-4
2. A person who distributes, sells, leases, or displays obscene signs, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 1
3. A person who repeatedly reaches the other party with signs, words, sounds, images, or images that cause fear or anxiety in violation of Article 44-7 (1) 3
4. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50-6
5. A person who has used an e-mail address for collection, sale, distribution, or information transmission in violation of Article 50-2
6. A person who has transmitted advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
7. A person, who in violation of Article 53-4, has failed to register changes in registered matters or to report the transfer, transfer, merger, or inheritance of business

② The crime referred to in article1-3 shall not be prosecuted against the stated intention of the victim.
